Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of generative AI solutions for use cases like Summarization, Insights, Complex Associations, RAG, Classification, Clustering.

• Continuously research emerging AI technologies and techniques to enhance our platform.

• Design infrastructure to handle large amounts of unstructured data at scale and with low latency.

• Work independently and lead initiatives end-to-end—from design to production.

• Become a vital part of the startup’s core team.

• Work closely with product and frontend teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain, AI agents or NLP.

• Proficiency in Node.js and Python.

• Experience working with relational and NoSQL database systems.

• Experience working in cloud environments—AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computing, or equivalent.
