theGist of the role is

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end growth marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our B2C products and PLG strategy.

You will have a wide range of responsibilities within marketing and growth, including driving organic growth, SEO and marketing hacks, as well as optimizing through A/B testing and other optimization techniques. Building an end-to-end funnel for different personas, managing paid campaigns and affiliates, and discovering new channels for growth.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving organic growth, marketing campaigns and a strong analytical background. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an organic growth marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, usage, and revenue growth (B2C)

  • Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns


Requirements

  • Proven track record of experience as a Product Growth Manager

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing

  • Technical abilities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Fluency in English
