theGist is using generative-AI tech to increase workplace productivity by simplifying information creation and consumption with a contextual assistant.

Our first tool, theGist for Slack, filters out noise and provides personalized summaries of Slack discussions.

About the position:

Developing a suite of NLP tools.
Design, implement, and deploy new NLP models and features
Perform in-depth analysis of complex data to understand user needs.
Collaborate with other team members to integrate new features and models into production.

Requirements

Strong programming/engineering proficiency.
BSc/MSc degree in Data Science or Computer Science.
2+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) with PyTorch.
Experience with toolkits such as Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, Gensim, and scikit-learn.
Experience with text classification & generation; Translation, Similarity, Summarization, Question Answering, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

An NLP-Israel community member.
Intimate familiarity with a variety of ML disciplines and algorithms.
